The National Federation of Co-operatives of Persons with Disability (NFCPWD) was founded in 1998 to provide business development support and services to PWD co-ops and to promote co-ops as an alternate vehicle for PWD empowerment and socio-economic progress. Starting with 5 members, the Federation has grown to include 14 primary co-ops which consists of over 1,000 individual members. The NFCPWD is serving one of the most marginalized groups in the Philippines, physically disabled men and women.

The Federation is currently seeking assistance in finding a film-maker who could produce a short video explaining NFCPWD for visitors, potential customers, potential partners/donors, potential new members, for member education, etc... Final output will be disseminated through social media and stakeholders. The short video aims to highlight member co-operative products (detergent, organic fertilizer, etc...), projects (DepEd manufacturing contracts, advocacy, etc...), testimonies, and impact in persons with disability inclusion and development.
